West Virginia University Athletics says WVU will hold its 36th annual Sports Hall of Fame induction ceremony Saturday, Oct. 10, before the Mountaineers’ football game against Arizona. The ceremony will begin at 9 a.m. at the Caperton Indoor Practice Facility in Morgantown, and the public is invited to attend free of charge, according to the announcement.
The 2026 class includes John Beilein for men’s basketball; Kadeisha Buchanan and Ashley Lawrence for women’s soccer; Dennis Fowlkes for football; Bria Holmes for women’s basketball; Alex Kasich for men’s cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field; and Craig Turnbull for wrestling, WVU Athletics said.
The announcement said the new class brings the Hall of Fame’s total number of inductees to 250. Tickets for Saturday’s game against Arizona are available at WVUGAME.com, according to WVU Athletics.
